Dawgs win!

We got to go to the Georgia-Troy game today! It was our first tine not sitting in the student section :( but we still had a great time.

I'm wearing the Grand Entrance bracelet, It's a Wrap bracelet in silver, and Starlet in silver.

Here we are!

We had a great time seeing the Dawgs beat Troy! (Yes I know we paid them, but it was fun and exciting nonetheless).

Lost my cord!

Dear readers, I haven't given up, forgotten about, or abandoned my blog. I lost my camera-to-computer cord! :( seriously have torn the house apart looking for it! I'll probably give up the search and order a new one soon. Something's always gotta happen right at the beginning of something good, right?

Hoping to be back soon with more jewelry pictures!

Like white on rice?

So many ladies tell me, "Wow, that necklace looks great on you! But I can't wear necklaces like that, they just don't look good on me."

While I understand feeling uncomfortable with trying out new things, if you really like the necklace, wear it!

So telling my customers that means I need to start tackling those cute pinterest outfits I keep collecting, such as this white-on-white look. Firstly, I don't usually gravitate towards monochromatic looks, and you're also not supposed to wear white after Labor Day. Throwing those rules out the window, here's what we get:

I'm wearing a thrifted Express pink striped button-down (by the way, vertical stripes are a great way to look taller and thinner), a thrifted white skirt, the Angel Mist necklace and earrings, three of the Pearl Soiree bracelets, the silver Starlet bracelet, and the Pixie ring.

Also, these fun shoes are from the Dollar Store! I was so excited when I realized they matched the stripes on my shirt.

Is white-on-white a fashion statement you'd make?

Dreamsicle

Getting a little personal here, but shaving stinks. So for days I don't shave but still want to wear a dress, I love these maxi dresses! I got this one on sale at Charlotte Russe and it's so comfortable :)

I'm wearing the Dreamsicle necklace, brown and gold Starlet bracelet, and Jasmine ring.

The only problem with this jacket:

Sleeves are too tight :(

Isn't this ring beautiful? I love that it's so flat, making it an easy, everyday ring.

How do you like to wear maxi dresses?

Cheering on the Dawgs

When I first started at UGA and my now-husband (he was just the boy next door at the time) invited me to a game, I wore jean shorts and a windbreaker. He told me all the girls wore dresses and I thought he (and they) were crazy. Several football seasons later and I'm a full believer in wearing dresses to football games. Why? Comfort!

Here is a fun outfit idea: a jersey-knit fold-over skirt with a fun Georgia t-shirt. And bling. Specifically, arm parties.

I'm wearing the silver It's a Wrap and Starlet bracelets and three stackable stretchy rings. Where do you get these fabulous rings, in all kinds of colors? At a jewelry party!

Contact me to schedule your party for these rings free, as well as to get these bracelets free.

Oh, and Go Dawgs!

Red & Black Friday

So I'm a big Georgia fan, which means I wear no orange during football season and red and black every pre-game Friday and obviously every Saturday to cheer the boys on.

Premier has several great red and black pieces (yay!). Here is the work-appropriate Friday red and black outfit for this week:

The shirt is from Papaya and the jeans are Seven from Plato's Closet. I am wearing the More Imagination black cord and Flip Side enhancer, Cute as a Button earrings, Naomi ring, and black and silver It's a Wrap bracelet.

Go Dawgs! Also, Gurley for Heisman!

Necklace-Belt

Don't you love when things are multifunctional? Francesca the necklace can be worn as Francesca the belt!

It looks great on this one-color shirt dress (from Goodwill). I'm also wearing the Over the Moon necklace and earrings, brown and gold Starlet bracelet (yes it's reversible), and Flip It ring on the gold and silver side.

What do you think? Would you wear a necklace as a belt?

Whole lotta bling

Are you one of those girls who just loves to layer necklaces? You'll love the Papaya necklace! It's 11 strands of melon and gold tone strands. I've framed it here with the Francesca necklace, which is a great two-toned necklace, so you can wear it with anything.

Took a minute to get everything situated ...

Would you wear this much necklace?

Here is the other side of the Flip It ring - also two toned! Here also is a close-up of the Francesca earrings:
