Sea breeze - Day 4

Mandy got a new shirt! I finally had some free time and hit the clearance rack at old navy. That's where today's shirt came from.

Mandy is wearing sea breeze quadrupled with peachy keen between the two types of beads.

I love how this dresses up the casual sea breeze necklace with a pop of melon (apparently it's melon this year, not coral) and some bling!

What do you think? Would you wear this look?

Sea breeze - Day 3

Today I got dressed and went out for lunch with my mom! I wore this cute brown sweater with light pink corduroy pants and my boots.

This was my first time wearing sea breeze for an extended period of time, and I live how light it is! It'll be perfect for hot summer days when you don't feel like putting on a big heavy statement necklace.

Sea breeze - Day 2

Mandy is back! She is wearing the same outfit and necklace, but has jazzed it up by adding the peachy keen enhancer. I love this spring look and the colors!

I love how one simple addition can change this look so much! Do you like this color combo?

Sea breeze - day 1

I'd like to introduce you to my assistant, Mandy. She goes to my shows with me and is always willing to get dressed up, even when I'm not.

Today Mandy is wearing sea breeze, one of the amazing new necklaces from the spring line. This necklace is 90 inches (hint- just like Opening Night) and there are two types of beads, so you can do a lot of cool stuff with it.

Here, it is quadrupled and fits nicely in her v-neck dress.

I hope you like this necklace and enjoyed meeting Mandy!

Bangles on Backorder

Occasionally, Premier doesn't realize just how awesome they are and new items go on Backorder. That was the case with the beautiful bangles that came in today for me :)

This is a set of 11 bangles in gold, coral, and ivory. I love how fun they are, and I'm sure they'll be super versatile with the other bracelets I have.

My dog has been nosing me the whole time I've been writing this, so here's a picture of her...

Can't wait to pair these bracelets with the others!

Matthew 17:20

I'm so excited about this beautiful necklace I'm about to show you.

As you may know, Premier is a bible-based company, founded and still operated on biblical principles. I love that, as a Christian, I can really stand behind this company's foundation.

Another thing I like is memorizing bible verses. "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." So when Premier introduced this necklace, called Matthew 17:20, it forced me to memorize another verse. Yay! "I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, 'move from here to there,' and it would move. Nothing would be impossible."

Here's a close-up of the beautiful detail.

That stone is a natural semi-precious stone, so each necklace is unique in color. But my favorite part...

It's a real mustard seed! How cool! What's your favorite part of this necklace?

Opening Night

I have an extra Opening Night necklace that I can't seem to sell, so I've decided to wear it to all my shows until someone decides they want it :)

So the first way today was doubled with one strand double knotted.

Stay tuned for more shows and more ways to wear this fantastic necklace!

Raise the bar again + surprise ring

Today I wore the more casual, reverse side if raise the bar for errands. I have two shows tomorrow - my first double Saturday. I'm excited but a little nervous.

Also, I irdered the pixie ring a few weeks ago as a replacement for one of my shows after a customer bought a Christmas piece off my table. My mom brought it to me today, so I got to wear it too! Happy surprise :)

I love how much bling this one has! No wonder it's been the best selling ring these past few months.

What do you think of the pixie ring? Would you wear it?

Raise the bar

Today I wore the new Raise the Bar necklace with a black cowl neck sweater and a purple shirt underneath. I wasn't sure about this necklace at first, but I've come to really like it over the course of the day. I paired it with diamond stud earrings and the Laura ring. I love the subtle sparkle.

Coral is back!

My new spring samples are here, and I'm so excited to wear them!

Today I picked an old standard: white t shirt and grey cardigan. I brightened up the outfit with our new papaya necklace, the orange gumdrops earrings, and the fired up bracelet. I absolutely love this combo!

Here's a great shot of the bracelet in action...

Casual Cool reversed

Today I wanted to keep it simple and wear the Casual Cool enhancer on the Petal Pusher chain again, but I'm committed to not wearing the same thing twice, so I'm going to do that!

I doubled the chain and wore the reverse side of both the pendant and earrings.

Which side do you like more?

Casual Cool

I love dolman tops! The one I'm wearing today isn't quite a dolman, but it's close enough to pretend :)

It's a warm day here in Atlanta, so the cardigan probably overdid it, but I really this cardigan. I also wore navy blue pants.

Jewelry: I've been thinking about this combination for awhile. I used the long chain from Petal Pusher for the floral side of the Casual Cool enhancer (yes it's reversible) and matched the Casual Cool earrings.

So you can see the earrings and appreciate the beautiful floral design...

I love the way this looks and will definitely repeat this look (with different jewelry, of course). Do you like to wear long pendant necklaces? Or do you feel like they get in the way?

Parade - day 4

My husband and I went to church today. It has been cold here lately, and I'm not really a fan if the cold! I'm wearing burgundy pants, a light blue shirt, a khaki cardigan, and a gorgeous scarf one of my hostesses made. I love how parade matches each of the colors I'm wearing and just brightens the whole outfit up and ties the colors together. This really is a perfect statement necklace.

I have all three strands worn short here. Do you like this look? Or do you think the scarf is too much?

Parade - day 2

Today I am wearing the parade necklace short with the middle strand removed. I like this for a more laid-back, simple look.

It really brightens up my black shirt! Perfect for winter time.

Parade - day 3

Today was such a busy day! First I got to attend a small but amazing training for my business, took a short nap, went for a run, then attended a movie night at a friend's house. We saw Forks Over Knives, which was very interesting and has me 90% convinced that I may want to go vegan. I just don't know if I can give up the occasional steak... And my man grills a good steak.

I dressed for comfort most of the day and kept it casual, perfect for the removable strand of Parade.

It still looks fun and eye-catching, even though it's so subtle. I really like this look.

What's your take on eating? Do you believe in meat, or think there are a lot of health benefits to eating a plant-based diet?

Radiance

This is one of my favorite pieces that came out as part of the winter supplemental catalog. Unfortunately, it was limited edition and premier didn't change their minds :( I'm hoping they'll add something like it for the big new line that will be released in July.

I wore this amazing necklace today for work with pearl stud earrings.

I love it because it's so much like those bubble necklaces that got so popular last year, but is still classic enough to last beyond the change of trends.

Do you like the bubble necklace trend? Would you wear this necklace instead?

Parade

This is another set that can be worn multiple ways with just about anything. It came out last spring and I've loved it since seeing it for the first time.

It's three strands with one removable strand and a removable 4-inch extender. Today I wore it with burgundy pants, a white shirt, and a tan cardigan. It really brightens up the plain white shirt and I just love all the colors!

Wearing longer necklaces helps us look long and lean. I'll show you a few other ways to wear this necklace in the following days. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Instant Style

Today was another in-person work day. I'm still feeling some jet lag from last week and really didn't want to think about getting cute this morning.

Enter Instant Style. This is another versatile piece that's also easy to just throw on and go.

I wore it short today with a hematite clip-it.

I'll do another week-long challenge highlighting this necklace, I'm sure. But when remains a mystery!

De la Creme

I work from home, but occasionally go to onsite client meetings, such as today.

This pearl necklace was introduced last Christmas and comes with four ribbons, which can be used on other necklaces to add variety.

I enjoy the pearls alone, and they do clasp together with a regular lobster claw closure. These can also be worn long or with a pin to add more interest. I just wore them plain today, and enjoyed a little southern charm!

Would you wear plaid and pearls? Is this look too plain for you?

Layered On - Day 7

This is the last day of layered on for this round. Today I used the amazing clip-it to double and twist layered on.

This has been a fun challenge for me, and I'll probably do something like this again. I hope you've enjoyed seeing all the ways up wear this great necklace and will be inspired to play with some of your jewelry!

RALLY DAY!!!

It's one of the most wonderful days of the year! Premier released the new spring/summer line of jewelry for 2014!! Sadly, most everyone's favorite necklace from the Christmas catalog didn't carry over (radiance), but the new line is amazing, as always!

I hope to order my samples soon so I can show you the new stuff. Premier made a few changes to the rewards and recognitions program for jewelers, and I'm so excited to take part and grow my business!

Today, I rocked one of my favorite arm parties. We'll get back to layered on tomorrow.

I'm wearing the starlet bracelet with the pearl soirée bracelets. It's a fairly cost-effective arm party that still packs a lot of bling and jewel tones.

That's also the Laura ring, one of everyone's favorites.

A few pictures of the new line...

I can't wait to share the new jewelry with you through this blog, but I'd love to show you in person so you can see, feel, and try on the new jewelry. To view the catalog online, you can visit my website at jewelrycait.mypremierdesigns.com and catalog code jcait (must be lower case).

Let me know what you think of the new pieces and which is your favorite!

Layered On - Day 6

Today we almost missed our flight home due to blizzard conditions and multiple closed roads. So stressful, but we made it!

Because I prefer comfort over style when traveling (bad jewelry lady, I know), I chose to remove the pearl strand and wear it as a wrap bracelet. It really dressed up my t-shirt.

How to you accessorize when traveling?

Layered On - Day 5

Today was our last day of skiing :( it snowed all day and was so cold! We were supposed to be able to see the northern lights tonight, but there were too many clouds.

We went out for nice appetizers and are spending the evening packing and relaxing. I'm wearing all four strands of the necklace with the larger chains and pearls doubled. I love this look for a v-neck sweater like the one I'm wearing.

This is such a great layering piece and so versatile! There are still more ways to wear this necklace and I've been wearing it all week. This has definitely become my favorite traveling piece.

Layered On - Day 4

Today we skied again and went to some natural hot springs after. They were so relaxing. If you've never been, you should go!

Today I'm really glamming up my jammies with the two non-removable strands and the removable pendant.

This is a great way to jazz up a plain top. Especially when you wear bulky sweaters this winter, it's so nice to wear a long necklace like this to keep you looking tall and lean.

Layered On - Day 2

Today we flew into Denver, Colorado! We are so excited to spend the week with our friends skiing, and we've never been to Colorado, you should go. It's absolutely beautiful.

Since today was a travel day, I didn't want too much jewelry. I removed the strand with the large chains and pearls, and since it has a lobster claw on each end, I attached it to itself and turned the pearls to the middle. I like it!

Layered On - day 3

After skiing all day, we put on cozy clothes and headed out for burgers. Since my fur boots are brown, I decided to take just the white pearl strand off and double it to fit nicely on my v-neck sweater. The pearl strand can be worn alone as it also has it's own lobster claws on each end. This look would be great for a casual beach vacation too! How wold you wear this strand of pearls?

Layered On for a week

Sometimes we get to go on vacation. This week is one of those weeks!

As a jewelry lady, I always want to look like a jewelry lady in case I meet anyone interested in my business or product, even on vacation. However, I don't want to take alllll my jewelry with me.

Enter the latest do-it-all necklace: Layered On. I wore it to church today in its "natural state," but I'll be wearing it all week in various ways. It's the only necklace I'm taking with me, so we'll see all the ways to wear it!

I wore it today with a blue cami tank, pink cardigan, and scarf.

Can't wait to show you all the ways to wear this necklace! Check back all this week to see different ways to wear it, as well as our Colorado vacation!

My go-to set

Everyone needs a great go-to set of jewelry. Pieces you can throw on really quickly make up a subset of the jewelry wardrobe we sometimes call the kitchen counter (or dresser) collection. For me, this set includes the most expensive necklace I own: poppy. I earned this necklace for free by hosting a show, but seeing how often I wear it, I would buy it at full price. I love the ring premier introduced to go with it this fall. That was another earned piece, but I was prepared to pay for it!

I usually pair this necklace and ring with the gold lace earrings, which are big and beautiful but light enough to wear all day, and the brown it's a wrap bracelet.

Let me know what you think of this set! Would any of these pieces make your kitchen counter/dresser collection?

(Please note, these pieces were actually photographed on my dresser.)

Lavish Blooms

Happy Friday! For those of you who liked Botanical yesterday but usually wear more gold, you'll love lavish blooms. This necklace was introduced in the winter line last year (so weird calling 2013 last year!). This is another great statement necklace. Because of the sparkles in the flowers, I usually just wear this one with diamond studs, but you could dress it up with gold hoops :)

Let me know what you think of this gold necklace!

Botanical

Today I'm wearing the necklace that got me into premier: botanical. It's a perfect statement necklace that goes with just about everything, and at just $29, is a bargain!

Jubilee in the New Year

Happy new year! I'm really looking forward to this new year, especially with the goals I have for my premier business.

One of my favorite necklaces is this colorful jubilee necklace! I've doubled it then added the de la creme white ribbon. It's a perfect combination that goes with any color you already have in your closet...especially a little black dress or sweater!

What colors do you think you could wear this combo with?
